Joel Dempsey is an insurance agent at Dempsey Weiss & Associates with over 8 years of insurance experience. Before becoming an agent, Joel worked on recruiting and onboarding new agents before transitioning to an agent role. Joel has a strong desire in helping others and is committed to helping his clients protect what they value most.  

Joel proudly served in the United States Air Force with deployments of service about Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Unified Protector, earning The Air Force Achievement Medal and NATO Medal. 

Joel has his bachelor’s degree in Finance.  He resides in Franklinville, NJ with his wife, Kerri, and three children, Olivia, Reagan, and Theo.
